Patsy is a devoted mother of two beautiful and dynamic children. After experiencing her fair share of trauma during childhood and adulthood she decided to embark on a life long healing journey. She now looks forward to helping others with their journeys through holistic healing practices.
She was raised with Mexican Catholicism, converted to Orthodox Judaism and now has over 300 hours of Certified Yoga Teacher Training, has completed all 3 levels of Usui Reiki and is a Certified Reiki Master. She has spent most of her life researching and learning about different belief systems, philosophies and therapeutic processes and how they aid in healing and recovery from trauma. She’s an advocate for mental health and proper treatment of it and she herself has reaped the benefits of therapy for the last 10 years. She strives to find the balance, with all the tools available to her, in bringing awareness and presence into her and her children’s life. She still practices Judaism and her relationship to God/Source/Higher Power, maintains her yoga and meditation practice, while finding ways to always honor her beloved Mexican culture. She understands that there’s no one size fits all when it comes to healing and spirituality and incorporates this approach into her relationship with her clients and is able to use her diverse background to figure out what works best for each individual on their path towards a more meaningful life.
She is dedicated to evolving as a mother and human, and hopes to devote her life to helping herself and others lead more meaningful lives. Her passions are her family, children, animals and helping people through life’s transitions by guiding them to get more in touch with their mind, body and spirit.
